The dressing room is wasted space, you can fit just as much in a large 3m wardrobe. And if you have even more clothes, you should really declutter :)

Before you go to the colleague red competitor, you’ll pass, among others, Hxxma; the city villa my predecessor refers to is called "Wiesbaden". Although, in my opinion, it’s not comparable to the design of the red colleagues; due to the staircase situation it has a completely different character and plenty of air space above the entrance area.

Again – have you asked the red competitor colleagues (lately the new CEO attends almost every meeting; dress warmly ;)) what your change requests would cost? Or do you want to "borrow" their design for your own purposes?

Besides, you should be aware that you want it to be nice and exclusive inside too, which is to say: it is stupid to install standard equipment in the bathroom or a standard kitchen here. Is this budget planned for? Will you be able to amortize the expensive equipment as well? While we are just building a walk-in closet in our modest shed roof house made of Malm and Ivar, Jette should already have the right built-in version. Otherwise, it will be wow outside, yuck inside.
