Good evening Yvonne,

That is not correct when shortened like that. The colleague red competitor has a considerable advertising effort – anyone who has once been listed as a prospect with them knows what I mean. In addition, they have model houses throughout the entire federal territory, which are staffed and often designed by well-known people. That costs a lot of euros and must therefore be reflected in their price calculation.

The house already has KFW 55 as standard; the rest the original poster will tell you if he wants to

Rhenish regards

Hello everyone,
thank you very much for your comments, great participation!

Below are a few "answers" to the discussions:

- The described changes currently cost a total of about €8,000, we are in East Berlin. in good consulting, not in Kaarst
- Building descriptions and price lists are easily available from the provider by mail, details in direct conversation
- (without wanting to offend anyone) I would never buy/build a house that has the entrance to the guest toilet immediately to the left or right of the front door
- Our minimum requirements for a floor plan before we decided: parents' area with bathroom and walk-in closet, children's bathroom, guest toilet never directly (!) next to the front door,
- Very nice, but please don't worry about the equipment of the house

Best regards
Ingo

Yes, I know about the advertising effort, we also informed ourselves there after all. We were also twice in Bad Fallingbostel, where we mainly looked at the inside details that we definitely do not want.
However, we copied the deep-set window at the kitchen counter :D

That’s what I meant by the surcharges: a bathtub platform costs a hundred plus tiles for us, we removed a 2 sqm covered corner from our floor plan, so we have 2 sqm more living space on the ground floor -> 0 extra costs (equivalent to your entrance area), the costs will be for your mirror image... ?

You don’t offend anyone because everyone has different requirements.
For example, I would never have decided on a house provider who prescribes my floor plan or charges for small wall shifts. We chose a completely different floor plan :)

I’m looking forward to more threads from you!

Best regards
Yvonne

Hello Yvonne, that’s great! Who are you building with? Is there a floor plan to see here?

Gladly, gladly. Maybe on the weekend. We are now dealing with the garage inquiry: 6x9m, masonry, clinker brick. If someone has a tip in Münsterland/Ruhr area, always welcome.

I'm currently wondering what is so terrible about that? Is that a personal issue with your guests? Or is the space for the wardrobe strictly reserved? Please enlighten me!

I don't understand either. In addition, the WC solution in the present floor plan is anything but optimal. If someone is putting on their jacket right now, they nicely get the WC door in their back.
