A 11ant in the bridal shop, so to speak ;-) That Hoffmann dies last is, as is well known, my motto :)

Thank you for your experience. Regarding the partition wall, the consideration was more in the direction of a baby monitor or in case of illness or if someone has to get up very early. Obviously, a partition doesn’t make sense with the children in the bed. But the idea has mostly been discarded since the noises would very likely not be suppressed sufficiently. That was definitely also a consideration of mine, whether a child going to the toilet could wake the other one. That is why I decided not to place the bedroom directly next to the bathroom. Yes, I definitely have such wardrobes in mind, but it would also be a question of price since these are custom-made.

House planning software always has imperfections that are reflected in the results. It is not uncommon for a kind of "Stockholm syndrome" to occur, meaning that the user develops a fondness for the software. Therefore, CAD of any kind should not be used for developing, but only for the graphic noting and documenting of planning concepts!

On the ground floor, almost all room accesses run through the stairwell corridor. For separability, that's hardly ideal. Unless you close off the entire stairwell and say the apartment upstairs is only accessible via the terrace, but then you would probably plan that differently from the start... I also don't see a nice living-dining room on the ground floor right now, nor do I find it nice to have it partitioned off for a bedroom with that corner there. I've already mentioned that the corridor + parallel passage through the kitchen with a strange kitchen layout simply doesn't count as "well planned" for me either. Could you live in it? Surely, somehow. Would I build it that way myself? No. Would I do it better myself? Probably not either ;) My recommendation remains: When you really want to get started someday, write down your room program and, if you want, that you wish for the upstairs to be separable as its own apartment or something like that, but keep your own plans in your pocket and see what the architect comes up with for you.

And statements like these are unnecessary and only meant to provoke.

The height of ingratitude is when you can’t even quote properly and make false accusations.

Because here you also have to be registered to be able to read along

I can give you a tip, too. If you think you’re funny, no, you’re not.

The residential units are not separated because the ground floor unit does not include a bathroom, but rather it is accessible from the communal corridor. Every door from the ground floor corridor into the residential unit would then also have to be an apartment door and not just a simple interior door.

YOU don't see that. Because YOU have no idea about the matter and haven't read up on it.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, I have no clue about paragliding – so I leave it alone. Or if I want to do it, I rent an instructor.
Translated to residential buildings / floor plans, the instructor is an architect. And he conjures up functioning floor plans for you. After all, he studied that.
