Yes, but I don't have a reader for the files in the ZIP.

The extension should therefore only be built on the ground floor (is probably cheaper?), gable-side in front of the current living room and half of the kitchen. Two rooms are to be created - one of them possibly also usable as a somewhat larger living room. The other and the current living room are then to serve as bedroom/children's rooms. Electrical and heating installations must of course be laid, but no water. Simple flat roof - possibly also a small exit as a balcony/terrace. What would that cost extra? What costs would a basement estimate? I understand that only rough price ranges can be given, but even those would be helpful. What time frame can be expected? Oh yes, the house has a chimney pipe (sheet metal or whatever), which has to be relocated. What should be estimated for that approximately? Any answer helps! Thank you.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer your questions, but does the development plan even allow that? There might be a plot ratio and floor space index that might already be maxed out or a non-buildable area or something like that.

Thank you for the note, we will inquire again about the floor area ratio. But I think - plot 610 sqm, current building 4 x 11 m, planned extension 4 x 8 m. Do the carport and covered terrace also count towards it?

I think they count as half for us.

Can't you view the development plan? For us, it's possible online.
