Thank you very much in advance for the answers.

The G-WC will get a light well. The office will have a regular window since the left side is completely free due to L-blocks.

Katja, I really like your suggestion. Especially the recessed wardrobe is something we haven't thought of yet.
It won't be enough for a bay window. However, we will ask the general contractor about the possibility of an additional row of bricks in width.
That might help to slightly ease the situation.

: Thank you also for your feedback. Your criticism also matches my first impression. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to separate the bedrooms and front door/stairs without directly having a major impact on living space and price...

Does the house have to be square?
Does the staircase have to be straight?

Kaho is better at that

Also mirror the staircase

Gallery is omitted.
Children's rooms shift down
This creates a wardrobe on the left
A door to the right of the staircase entrance

Hi,

kick out the airspace and instead put a dressing room there. Use the space gained for moving the bathroom upwards. Use the room in the bottom left of the plan as a wardrobe and give the child back the 1.5 sqm. The site plan is missing but maybe the house entrance could be moved to the left into the “new wardrobe” and make the stairs and hallway to the bedrooms there. Maybe also just with a glass element/door.

Otherwise, I don’t think it’s that bad now.

That's exactly how I think too.
Windcatcher in front of the airspace. The windcatcher in this house is the beginning of comfort... Waiving it causes trouble for everyone in this house, daily.

Could you explain in more detail what you mean exactly by the windbreak? I'm not sure if I understand it correctly. If I remove the airspace and then put a door next to the stairs, behind it would be a total darkroom. Furthermore, there would be a door there, but right next to it the stairs to the back are open. Maybe I have completely misunderstood it though.
