Since our original plan (angled bungalow) was basically the exact opposite of the current plan, I would be very thankful for tips regarding the room layout and orientation of the rooms, unfortunately I can’t find a really good approach.
For presenting your wishes, this plan should still be shown here.
So the permitted dimensions are W= 7.64 m + 2 * 0.25 m = 8.14 m; L= 10.05 m + 2 * 0.25 m = 10.55 m
No, the dimensions are 7.64 x 10.05 m, each excluding insulation (which may be up to 25 cm thick). Increasing the raw building footprint by 18 cm in length and width with, for example, 16 cm thick insulation would be a naive calculation. So the starting point is a raw construction outer dimension of 7.64 x 10.05 m (at an eaves height of 4.73 m and presumably 45° roof pitch). From this, about 15 cm of structural masonry shell (calcium silicate brick) would probably be deducted. Thus, the living area will be about 92 sqm.
Wouldn’t it be more sensible here to consider the overall requirements systematically and rather plan the new building as a retirement house for the parents?
