Unfortunately, you are completely right, that's because we don't really know all that yet either. We are stumbling from one problem to the next at the moment :( I would like to know exactly what can actually be realized with the defined cubature, but sure, you don't have a crystal ball either, I'll upload a section of the cadastral map right away.

Please also include the property boundaries. This will be a compact, cozy little house - well suited for a family of four. The maximum roof pitch would also be important and perhaps you can also tell us if an open staircase is an option (without a door to the living spaces).

Here is the cadastral map, it concerns the building marked with the X (unfortunately, nothing here is to scale). The red outline shows our approximate future property boundaries. House number 14 is my parents' residence. I will provide the roof pitch shortly.

Should the property access be via the street at the bottom of the plan? Where are the parking spaces currently located? 2 or 3 measurements, even approximate, on the site plan are helpful.
