Good day, I wanted to speak up again. Some time has passed, so I wanted to get in touch once more. Everything is basically settled! The contract was signed in December, in January there were talks with the architect. The base slab will be laid in May. Here is a brief summary for everyone. Kfw70 house: approx. €152,000 (prefabricated house) 1 half of a duplex. My brother-in-law will move into the other side. Land: approx. €36,000 (normally more expensive) Additional construction costs: approx. €30,000 (since 2 houses are being built at once, a saving of approx. €5,000 per house) New acquisitions: approx. €15,000 possibly more Extras for the house €6,000 We would be at approx. €239,000 Total budget we now have is €240,000 Initially, the €200,000 was definitely too little, but we are not over the top now either. We even have a buffer of €10,000. For the additional construction costs we can save a lot, as we can get many things cheaply, among other things. Best regards Sascha

Gas is not needed because we are now using air/heat pump.
Water/sewage: €1500
So we are at just under €3,000 here. All prices inquired.
Possibly rainwater infiltration systems might be added. So max approx. €4,000

No, the foundation slab is extra with €11,000. They are on top of that. But the house is ready to move in except for the upper floor (except bathroom) and downstairs (living/dining room). Upstairs and downstairs areas that won’t be tiled, we will get laminate floorboards in country house style. Will be installed by ourselves. The house normally costs €8,000 more per person. That was the discount because it is then house no. 2 and 3 from the provider.

That has already been discussed here. It will become interesting in the end, and whether he actually mentions the money paid here.
