And here is the comparison with furnishings to scale in the kitchen. What looks spacious in the architect's plan is actually a very tight space in reality. I would only plan it like this if it were not a passage area.

2.50 m is not enough for a dining table.
And I wonder why people bother to build a house where they could optimize if the answer is always, "we have that too now, it doesn’t bother us."
Our open kitchen is just under a meter longer than your plan and it is tight. You keep bumping into furniture all the time. If I were to build, I would not plan a kitchen with island and dining area under 6.50 m.
