I would remove the partition wall between the living and dining rooms. You can clearly see it in Yvonne's top view in #36. That thing feels like a disturbing foreign body. Without the wall, important space at the table and freedom to live immediately arise.

Hi, we have various windows to choose from. According to the architect, depending on the model, between 50 and 55 cm of actual window will remain. He is also currently working on a design with larger ones.

Thank you, I will take a look at it. However, the orientation to the street does not seem to correspond to our wishes as the first thing here.

Yes, we are still going back and forth on that. Potentially, instead of a wall, you could use a separating piece of furniture to keep it flexible. But then columns would probably have to be installed. Currently, I prefer the version with the wall. Among other things, because I learned here how much can happen in such a kitchen. Then, with the wall, the living room is somewhat more separated.

I wouldn't plan those to be load-bearing. Isn't a beam enough?

2.50 m is not enough for a dining table. And I wonder why people bother building a house where you can optimize it, when the answer is always, we have that now too, it doesn't bother us. Our open-plan kitchen is just under a meter longer than your plan and it is tight. You constantly bump into furniture. If I were building, I would not plan a kitchen with an island and dining area under 6.50 m.
