Since the house length is still greater than 16m, have you by now clarified whether the 16m privilege applies to you?
Regarding the planning:
I already find it much better now, simply much more structured. What somehow seems like a foreign body in such a structured plan is the pantry. It looks like it was squeezed in later into an otherwise great room.
Why not without a pantry? With clever kitchen planning, it will already have plenty of storage space anyway, plus you have 2 large rooms on the level where you could integrate a pantry. The most charming option for me would probably be a built-in cupboard under the stairs. And if you want an additional fridge/freezer, that can also be integrated into a built-in cupboard.
Just remove the 2 walls from the pantry to the kitchen, run the kitchen unit with tall cabinets all the way to the wall by the hallway, then you probably already have more storage space in those tall cabinets than in the pantry.
Because of the wall between the kitchen and dining/living area, which extends into the room, the kitchen won't seem so bulky.
- I find the wardrobe niche good, however, you should consider that with a raw construction dimension of 1.51m clear length, about 1.48-1.49m remains, so it’s a tiny bit too small to fit a 1.50m cabinet.
The same goes for the depth of 50cm. Is that enough for you? You should clarify that in detailed planning so you don’t regret it later.
- I don’t like the access to "13 Child" at all. Especially with the protrusion of the chimney.
It would make more sense to place the door on the left side of the plan, recessed from the left wall, so you can still put a cupboard behind it.
- The bathroom doesn’t really appeal to me.
With a width of 2.76m, minus plaster and tiles, approximately 2.70m clear size remains:
- For the shower, I’m assuming a width of 1m,
- The 11.5cm wall + 2x plaster + tiles = 15cm,
- The bathroom radiator has a depth of how much? 10cm?
- Washbasin depth of ~50cm
So the passageway would be: 2.70m - 1m shower - 15cm wall - 10cm radiator - 50cm washbasin = 95cm. That would be too narrow for me.
