Floor plan, elongated single-family house, integrated garage, no basement

Meal time ladies and gentlemen,

the next update has been made. Biggest changes:

[*]Exterior dimensions now 15.5 x 8.0m
[*]Pantry removed
[*]Adjustment of window positioning on northeast side
[*]Relocation of chimney

: the plan is for the attic to be accessed via two space-saving stairs from the children's rooms.

It would be helpful to post the updated plan or at least the plan to which the textual changes refer. Otherwise, x readers will have to search for this possible plan somewhere in the previous posts. .. and yes, unfortunately there are no more smileys to click here .

Quite a valid point. So here are the pictures...

In the master bedroom and bathroom, I would position the windows similar to the ground floor. This way, there is less window splashing in the bathroom shower, and in the master bedroom, the bed can be placed with the headboard flat against the right exterior wall, providing comfortable space on both the right and left sides of the bed. Then a sliding door to the dressing room, which runs within the partition wall.

On the ground floor, a sensible kitchen layout needs to be planned, as the window positions do not allow for the targeted placement of tall cabinets.
