I am unclear how then fits on the plot. Actually, it rather looks as if the house plan needs to be rotated 180° ... but is the garage then allowed at the left outer boundary of the plot? Or is there actually a street to the north (assuming the site plan is oriented north)?

The thing with the bicycles could indeed be a bit tight, alternatively you could relocate the door.
Which door do you want to relocate?
I meant ... bicycles past the car ... presumably there will also be a step in front of the front door etc.
