I like the ground floor. The upper floor does not seem wheelchair accessible, especially the access to the utility room. Do you need a separate therapy room? Possibly later the bed will have to be moved away from the wall so that two people can reposition an adult.

I find the proportions still okay, I find an open-plan room with a clear axis more beautiful than a compact one. Zones can be created design-wise, so I don’t share that concern. Compared to kaho674’s suggestion, I find the kitchen better positioned here (a pantry seems dispensable here), and the separation between open plan / hallway better than completely open.

Hi, I am happy for you regarding the development and the possibility for further steps. I think it makes sense if the crib is accessible from both sides. I find a therapy room in the house rather impractical. If therapy is ever supposed to take place at home, I would use the child's room for therapy; it is also more comfortable for the child that way. In the meantime, I have visited a house with installed ceiling lifts and briefly informed myself with our sanitary expert. However, I will still be dealing with it in more detail later for concrete planning. I will send a few photos via PM shortly.

Ah, yes, not bad either. Although I would only leave the door to the hallway as a passage. With a wheelchair, you probably have enough to deal with already. I think you don’t need two doors one after the other. However, the hallway becomes much darker because of that, which I personally don’t like.

I wouldn’t make a pantry in this case either; it was just an option since there was a desire for more storage space.
Won’t it get too tight with the dining table as well? I roughly placed the table in, but it’s rather small, isn’t it? (Kitchen units - simply made wider due to lack of drawing software - arrangement of course different.)

Wow, I am impressed by your positive feedback! Unfortunately, I don't have time to respond in detail right now, so just a quick note: Garage position is unfortunately mandatory. Swapping living room and kitchen sounds good to me. We cannot create a therapy room. We are already over 220 sqm anyway...

I will write the rest later at my leisure

Thank you all!

Well, maybe you also want to get to the bathroom sometimes, but not through the field of vision of the people having breakfast. Or at night, you don't want all the household noises everywhere. Whatever happens at home will probably take place either in the child's room or as part of family life in the living area. Participation in "normal life" is also therapy.
