Floor plan bungalow with gable roof - optimization potential?

The house was extended by 1 meter because it was a bit too small for us. Somehow we rejected that idea because the children's room is right next to the living room, so there is no quiet area. The living-dining area was too small for us. We will dig out the design again and see if we can swap the child and parent rooms.

The curve at the bottom right of the plan is unfortunately not so good for the layout. You have to keep a 3-meter distance from the edge, so the house cannot be made that wide at that point...

We "chopped up" these 2 drafts .. More like made them worse .. Our favorite was proposal 2 . We only wanted the staircase to be more in the hallway so that later on the junior can go up and down undisturbed .. Today I think that the architects' proposal is better than our handling ..

Without knowing the background, it seems to me that you actually want 2 floors. Living area downstairs and the quiet area upstairs. A staircase should be installed anyway. If the development plan allows it, I really wonder why you don’t build a 1.5-pitch gable roof.

We do not want 2 floors but a single-story. A bungalow with a flat gable roof DN 25 degrees. Only the junior will later have a kind of studio upstairs under the roof facing south (approx. 35 m²). The north side we use as storage (also approx. 35 m²) usable.
