Terrace and balcony schematically drawn without scale. The terrace doors have not been planned yet.

There is no real fun in trying to figure anything out here. The drawings from also do not seem to be completely oriented to the north, an external basement access is also not visible, and according to the intermediate description at the entrance, there should somehow be a stair landing. When distributing the parking spaces like this, one should also consider the possibilities for charging electric cars. And I still doubt that everything can be done for 800-850,000.

That's exactly what I meant in my post. Something like that would be my idea if I had basically bought an existing house and now wanted to spruce up the apartment with limited effort. In a new building, I would plan it properly from the start. As I already wrote, you need ALL the information about the project and the residents for that.

Yes, that's what I meant as a very rough idea of how to solve the dark hole, which ideally shouldn't have been planned in the first place. A guest WC would be mandatory for me.

The furniture is probably not to scale either, how are you supposed to get out to the balcony currently without having to squeeze past the sofa?
I already wrote: start a completely new thread with all the info about the project and the residents.
Of course, you can also push a little back and forth to smooth some edges, but you won't get a good result that way.
The balcony must be approved; why is it not drawn in? Also my previous question, does every apartment get the same one in the same corner?

Here with furniture. The bedroom and children's room are as large as in your first draft. The living and dining area is even 4 m2 larger. Although the house was reduced from 150 m2 to 120 m2, in my opinion it is better utilized.

Since I assume that at least one of the two apartments should be wheelchair accessible, the toilet in the bathroom must be planned.

The pantry is replaced by 3 additional tall cabinets. This works quite well as the kitchen is 0.6 m wider.
