Why should I fill out a questionnaire if I only want to know whether the floor plan makes sense or not, or what you would improve. But it's okay if no one wants to provide a useful answer or an improvement.

Because we don't know you and it doesn't make sense for someone to answer from the perspective of a childless couple or a single person or a family of nine when your conditions are completely different.

But that's fine if no one wants to provide a useful answer or an improvement.

Search in any search engine for "Zweifamilienhaus Grundriss". I immediately found 3 better floor plans than yours.

Because living space planning only makes sense if the needs are met with the new living space. That is called a concept. Every builder makes a concept before living space planning, about which target group should find their living space. And in private planning, you should come across with your needs, otherwise the planner can only plan superficially.

The room layout exactly matches my needs and is adapted to the property conditions. My main concern is how the hallway could possibly be reduced and the house potentially built a little smaller. The target size is 12x11 meters.
