What about a side entrance? Then the parking spaces can be in front of the house.

Do you happen to have a sample floor plan or something? According to the planner, that wouldn't make sense, so we had excluded that.

I had already presented you a floor plan in that shows the principle. There was even the idea to put part of the technology in the attic and completely do without the basement. Mainly because of the costs.

Hello, I have once implemented the floor plan into the property.

You can also see the north arrow.

But what you can also see is that the bay window is within the setback area. I am not sure if there is a rule like that in Baden-Württemberg that could allow this. In my opinion, it is not a subordinate component.

Oh, I see, sorry, that's true. I like that, but it does bring some problems regarding our small building window. If I see it correctly, the house would have to be shortened back to 10m and we would be completely dependent on our exemption passing for the terrace – and we would have to talk to the neighbor, who is currently planning differently. Thank you. That’s true, the LBandesbauordnung in BW designates bay windows as projections, which are allowed in the setback areas up to 5x1.5m (with a minimum distance of 2m from the neighbor’s property).

The house in post 2 is only 10 m long. However, unlike the plan there, you would probably have to make one parking space almost sideways in front of the house and one on the side. I don’t know how you want to use the 10.5 m house length (with the discussion possibly 11 m) from plus the "only 3 m" in front of the building window for the parking spaces where no one is supposed to be trapped. That’s why with such small plots it’s always better to show the plans fitted into the plot.
