Kaho is responsible for drawing plans. She is better at that.
I would remove the shower on the ground floor. 75 cm is very narrow. Shower trays from the 80s are wider.
Remove the study on the ground floor.
Make the kitchen narrower. The distance between the rows is too wide.
Plan a cloakroom so that shoes and jackets are kept slightly apart. Stylish built-in wardrobe under the stairs. There are several examples of this here or on Pinterest.
Decent storage room near the kitchen.
Open-plan kitchen with a deep peninsula.
Living room separate with hallway access.
The stairs need a different place. Possibly rotate by 90 degrees.
If the stairs change, there are changes on the upper floor.
I would then include the dressing room with the master bedroom.
Thanks, I have just drafted a version in which I changed the house dimensions to 9.50 m by 12.00 m on the outside. At first glance, this works quite well, placing the entrance directly at the corner of the house and then positioning the stairs, guest toilet, and kitchen along the axis.
