Yes, honestly
That’s just the hard lot of the "price-conscious". But we don’t find it bad at all, we have been living in it for 1.5 years now.

Just wait. We live in a not so cheap house, and that for the 5th year. Unfortunately, now the roof corners have to be redone with acrylic. That's just how it is, and the cheaper, the faster something "wobbles."
I'm glad I can still reach it myself without having to climb the tall folding ladder...

Regarding the ceiling height: 2.50m is not a big deal. Due to the closed construction, it is actually less noticeable. But I wouldn't be persuaded just because of the staircase. 2.60 is simply nicer. :P

I don’t find the original floor plan that bad under the given conditions. However, the staircase is really poorly designed on the edge. Since it enforces the ceiling height of 2.50, it is actually already too short and the space still isn’t enough.
You might do better with a straight staircase. Here’s a sketch. You could also swap the bedroom and bathroom – depending on preference. (How important is this T?) However, the window in the hallway upstairs would then disappear if I don’t want to shorten the dressing room considerably.

I don't deny that at all. But in the end, not everything is cheap junk. The price depends a lot on the system and ultimately on one's own standards. I just find it somehow silly. In the end, Town & Country is not necessarily cheaper if you compare directly. The base price is indeed cheap, and everything you add costs extra. But if you don't miss one thing or another, you come off quite cheaply. Qualitatively, it’s supposedly not that bad. That's what I've heard from many sources. But the standard price is based on the mentioned cheaper equipment.

The podium staircase needs more depth. The property and house would not look bad at all, moving more towards a square shape. Just a little experiment with 2 nice large children's rooms. The floor area remains the same - so price-neutral.

My software can't model the terrain that nicely, please use your imagination.

I know you like to play. But the OP has long since gone. The criticism was probably too much.
