Doors with a rough construction size of 80 cm I also consider too narrow.

Well, I don’t just see the dimensions here still to round and sachma salut @all, that was my last "final" floor plan for this year.

When it comes to minimizing the square meters on the ground floor, the bay window could also be placed like this: Then build over it at the top. However, whether this plays a financial role is questionable if that was the reason.

2.20 x 2.40 I consider the smallest stairwell. Everything else I only tolerate out of necessity.

I suspected it: without measurements the kitchen is already absolutely awkward, cramped and also does not have enough cabinet and storage space. Kitchen island is not everything a kitchen must have. If we subtract the general one meter for the door from the 3.60 outer dimension, 2.60 remain for the kitchen furniture on the long side. The corner is also not really nice when you stay in the kitchen. It might even be necessary to push oneself in there as a second person, because otherwise there is no space in the kitchen at the work surface for two. The island itself would be, subtracting 70 for the fridge and 1 meter as a passage from the 3.60, 1.90 meters long, leaving 1.30 meters as the leg length inside.

The chimney is very unfavorably located on the ground floor, but it does not even appear on the upper floor
Dressing room too small, yes... oh dear... this is all not going to work with the dimensions.

Hey,

thanks already for the answers
So, one by one:
Dressing room: The wardrobes are drawn with a depth of 60cm, meaning there is about 90cm space between the wardrobes. Is that sufficient, or should it be widened to 110cm?
One could move the right wall of the bedroom.

Kitchen:
The countertop on the left is 2m, that is correct. Is that also too little? We currently have that much, and without an additional "cooking island."
To create more space for two people, one could push the cooking island further into the room (to the right).
Possibly the lower wall could also be moved further down, reducing the hallway and the pantry somewhat. The hallway is currently 1.50m wide.

Fireplace:
That's true, of course. As mentioned, originally it was supposed to simply stand in front of the wall, so the chimney wouldn’t be in front of the stairs. On the upper floor, the chimney would then have to be accommodated in one of the children's rooms.

I wish you a Happy New Year

Best regards
Kai

You have certainly drawn RBM now. Then the cabinets do not come directly to the wall either, but some ZM clearance should/must be left. Then the carcass is 60, the doors come extra. Could... then you have a corner like the corner in front of the stairs. These corners should be avoided by a successful floor plan, so there is no reason to insist on it. By the way, there used to be corner surcharges with the mason... You like to push... but where one gap appears, it will get tight somewhere else. No, the chimney does not seem to fit here at all, because the children's rooms also have doors. I don't see pushing there either. I definitely do not see any significant reduction of the necessary living spaces, but one could already talk about workshop and sauna. I think so. I also hereby wish you active users a good start to the new year – stay healthy and cherish your loved ones <3
