Hello Robert,
I have based myself on the interior dimensions of about 10 meters.
And also used your specifications. Note: this is a sketch. I also paid little attention to the windows, since symmetry is more important anyway.
The dressing room is now in the east.
Laundry and storage room in the north. Here, a Pax wardrobe serves as a sound buffer as well as plenty of storage space for seasonal clothing and decorations.
The dressing room should be easily furnished with the depth of the hallway width.
Between the office and the children’s room, a partition wall can be removed later or a hidden door installed for your good faith that your daughter might need it.
But the children’s room should be sufficient as it is [emoji106]
The toilet should be located where it is on the ground floor as well.
Since the house offers no storage space in the attic, you will be grateful for the storage room on the upper floor.
Edit: personally, I would make the dressing room accessible from the hallway.
