Hello Robert,
I have based myself on the interior dimensions of about 10 meters.
And also used your specifications. Note: this is a sketch. I also paid little attention to the windows, since symmetry is more important anyway.

The dressing room is now in the east.
Laundry and storage room in the north. Here, a Pax wardrobe serves as a sound buffer as well as plenty of storage space for seasonal clothing and decorations.
The dressing room should be easily furnished with the depth of the hallway width.
Between the office and the children’s room, a partition wall can be removed later or a hidden door installed for your good faith that your daughter might need it.
But the children’s room should be sufficient as it is [emoji106]
The toilet should be located where it is on the ground floor as well.

Since the house offers no storage space in the attic, you will be grateful for the storage room on the upper floor.

Edit: personally, I would make the dressing room accessible from the hallway.

Dear Yvonne,

Many thanks for the drawing! Fantastic. I have transferred it into the program and will take it with me to our planning meeting tomorrow. I am curious about the general additional costs. Let's see what awaits us there. Maybe the employee can still give some tips.

Roof: I had not drawn a roof in the drawings anymore. We have one with a 25-degree roof pitch. There is quite a bit of storage space there. However, I don't know if you always want to climb up there. A storage room on the upper floor does have its advantages.

I get the impression (in various threads) that builders believe they will be taken more seriously in planning meetings if they bring professionally designed drawings. That is not the case: architects themselves – consistently up to those of world fame – are notorious napkin scribblers and do have the imagination to recognize the subject of the discussion in a simple "children's drawing" of a roughly indicated "House of St. Nicholas."

That was no rocket science. You're welcome!
But I also have a program – even a professional one, which is getting old, not suitable for Mac, and no longer runs on W10. But I love it for special things.

I deliberately make these hand sketches! On paper... every architect first works on paper.
And through the graph paper, the spatial proportions are also represented immediately, even without elaborate measurements.

Regards, Yvonne
