Better to always set jpg. Not everyone can open pdf. I have my doubts whether this penthouse counts as single-story. ypg and 11ant probably know more about that. Regarding the floor plan: a lot of space is used as storage, utility room, mechanical room, and shed. Do you have that much clutter? The laundry room is far too small by comparison. The stair approach is also not entirely clear to me. The bedroom is awkwardly shaped. You trip over the bed when entering and can't place bedside tables. The walls are partly so thin – what kind of wall thicknesses are these? The door to the children's room can be moved to the left side of the plan and the office wall downwards on the plan to reduce the hallway. But that's only worth it if the whole thing becomes worth discussing at all.

Thank you for the feedback.

What is now storage was originally intended as a utility room, but this function has been omitted by moving the washing machines to the upper floor. Now the room is intended as a storage room, e.g. for supplies, freezer, etc., since there will be no basement, and as a passageway to the garage. The technical room will house the house connections, solar hot water storage tank, electrical distribution, controlled residential ventilation, and server cabinet, so as I see it, it is already at its capacity limit.
The storage room between the bathroom and kitchen is currently just a filler; unfortunately, I still lack a better solution here.
The laundry room is planned only for a washing machine, dryer, and possibly an ironing board; the room does not need to serve much more.
In the bedroom, I could omit the west window and could then use this wall for the bed, which would create more space towards the door...
You are right about the area between the children's room and the office; I do not yet know whether I can move the wall there because I have planned a load-bearing wall here which stands directly above the wall on the ground floor and is supposed to support the roof (concrete flat roof). That will depend on whether it is structurally feasible; these are just my considerations so far. If I can move the wall without causing structural problems, I would do that.

Regarding the wall thicknesses, I have initially planned load-bearing walls with 25 cm drywall and 8 cm, but that can of course still change depending on which building material is finally used.

I will create a plan with measurements again, the property is about 23 meters wide and approximately 53 meters long.
