10m house width was reduced by 50cm in order to leave space for a 6m double carport on the narrow plot
The plot is not narrow. But such a townhouse is bulky, too bulky for this nice 19-meter width.
I would go for something a bit longer and narrower...
How can the plot be built on with a 2-storey building so that as little space as possible is wasted, despite open construction and generous rooms, while still achieving enough privacy and storage space - especially in the hallway.
... then it will also work without wasted space and better zoning.

Just leave it. The draftsman copied your idea. Let him create something a bit more elongated ;)
Here we would be bothered by the fact that the child (and friends) would take the same path. Children’s bathroom is out of the question.
So de facto the friends are standing in your bedroom.
One door and the one from the hallway, that’s enough.
