A bit off-topic:
How do these two statements fit together?

Hello,
personally, I would tend towards the 36.5cm Poroton.
The disadvantages of the ETICS system are, for me, too great.
End of quote.
Our wish is to have clinker brick cladding; if this is not possible due to cost reasons, we would opt for the 36.5cm Poroton version.
In the same breath, I mention that the child's bed and the parents' bed are planned wall to wall.
I would swap the study and the child’s room, and accordingly change the sizes so that the child gets an adequate living area. That way, no one gets disturbed.
We had this discussion too; however, we also want an open hallway (with a shelf as a room divider), so simply swapping the rooms is unfortunately not possible.
Another option: swap bathroom and child’s room, but the child’s room on the north side?
Personally, I hope that the sand-lime brick provides sufficient sound insulation.
Regarding symmetry: it appears to me that the guest room window on the ground floor protrudes slightly outward. Intended or by mistake?
? Seen from inside the room?
The terrace on the north side is practically additionally shaded from the sun. It is always cold and dark there. I would omit this corner and create a continuous terrace on the west side.
We have looked at the conditions on site several times when the sun was shining. From 4 p.m. until about 10 p.m. we have sun at this spot. Besides, some shading at this place is partly desired; otherwise, you wouldn’t cover it, right?
We will probably also set up a terrace at the southwest corner. A continuous terrace is of course also not bad.
Regarding the comment about the furniture:
The floor plan is not entirely accurate in this respect.
The terrace window in the living room on the west side has been replaced by a normal window and was set into the closed wall.
