Floor plan & construction costs: opinions!!!

Yes, even as KF70, 1500€/sqm seems too high to me. However, I am calculating without a basement and double garage...

I guess it will come down to that....
Where is the construction going to take place and how many construction companies have you compared?

The foundation slab will be laid this year, the rest immediately after the frost period.
We have 3 more offers, which are in the same price range, but partly with worse services.

Sorry, but every view as a zip file? Can't you make jpgs of them, then you can look at the floor plans immediately. Otherwise, I have to download, unzip, and open each file.

Sorry, it unfortunately wasn't possible otherwise, I only have everything as PDFs and converting them into an image format just makes the files too large. 20kb is not exactly a lot of storage space for an image.

Here in this forum, they always calculate with €1,500 per sqm of living space... for a "standard house".

Maybe (surely) Bauexperte will add something to that.

Well, I do hope that this is not considered a "standard house" here. :-(

About the house: 171m² penthouse, KfW 70 2-layer masonry (17.5 Ytong, 14cm insulation, clinker)

Hello, I would personally tend towards the 36.5cm Poroton. The disadvantages of the ETICS system are personally too great for me.
