Regarding the note about the furniture:
The floor plan is not entirely accurate in that respect.
The terrace window in the living room on the west side has been replaced by a normal window and was set into the closed wall.

We are planning an L-shaped sofa, the maximum size would be 3.80m x 3.00m (3.80 West side)
I think something suitable should be found?
We will have a look around the furniture stores this weekend, if necessary we will really forgo the terrace and build ourselves a large west terrace.

Nope, all back. From the outside, both windows are each 2.80m from the outer edge of the house wall. Therefore, I'm still not quite clear. So the fact that the window is not centered from the room's perspective is due to the external asymmetry. Are there any decisive arguments to place the window centered in the room?
