Floor plan city villa with hipped roof approx. 170 sqm

A timber frame floor is not exotic. I see the static structure here as simpler when built with timber instead of masonry. I would start with the upper floor in the next attempt and develop the ground floor below it instead of the other way around.

What is your opinion on the design?

Well, I would first ask whether the views actually represent the floor plan? Where are the 4 windows on the ground floor at the front?

I'm with you! Even the front door from elevation to floor plan is different. In principle, I could live with two instead of four windows. But the rear view should be correct^^

What is your opinion on the draft?

Spontaneously: I don't like the design differentiation: the living room is different and the garage is the same - that seems illogical to me and I would do it exactly the other way around.

I will think it over, although it is not about a garage, but a carport. Let's see what can still be done in terms of design.

Does anything else stand out as not working with the floor plan? Are any dimensions too tight?
How do you assess the layout of the rooms? Does it all make sense so far?
