The thing with the laundry was something I also wanted to mention, something that really bothers me in my current rented apartment, the drying racks are standing in the way, I would like to hide them

Most laundry ends up in the dryer (certainly not always the best option). Otherwise, the terrace is used when the weather is nice or a rack should also fit in the bedroom. The attic will actually be used as storage space and was planned a bit higher so that one can at least stand comfortably in the middle. In the utility room, a large shelf b 1.4 x h 2.7 and 0.5 deep is planned, as a washing machine and dryer do not need to be there (but there won't be more space there). Outdoors, a shed about 3.5 x 3.5 will be built attached to the carport. Regarding the incline and step height of the indoor stairs, we will get advice from a staircase builder over the weekend.
We have slightly altered the ground plan of the ground floor to create more storage space in the utility room. The guest bathroom was moved to the location of the wardrobe. The utility room was enlarged by the area of the guest bathroom. Additionally, a niche for a built-in wardrobe with a width of 150 cm was planned.
Hello, we are getting back in touch and wish everyone a healthy new year.
We have revisited our floor plan and reconsidered some suggestions. We have enlarged the utility room to have more storage space. According to the architect, the toilet drain from the upper floor is to be resolved by a dropped ceiling (about 15 cm) in the front area of the hallway. The cloakroom area has been changed.
We did not like that we previously had a couch positioned in the middle of the living room with the back openly visible. As a solution, we developed the floor plan with a small partition wall in the living room. The TV is to be placed on one side of this partition wall. On the other side, a sideboard could be placed. To provide better lighting conditions, this wall could possibly be interrupted by shelf openings. A strip of glass (frosted glass) in the middle to upper area would also be conceivable. Lighting the glass element from the inside is also an option. We are curious about your opinion.
