The architect wants to lower the ceiling in the front area of the hallway (normal finished room height 2.70 m). The lowered ceiling is also to be used for recessed spotlights.

I would like to see the living room furnished sometime. I fear that an L-sofa or something similar will divide the room into two halves. Also, sketch the fireplace position. Kitchen planning would also interest me, especially regarding the kitchen door. I would suggest a door that runs as a sliding door in the hallway. I like the entrance.

Me too! However, I do not fear what kbt09 fears; I believe that the room cannot be satisfactorily furnished (sofa/TV situation) with a fireplace.

Then you have a sewage pipe above your front door. ... the ceiling would then have to be suspended very low, and do you really want that? Above that? As a layperson, I would avoid bends in the main sewer pipe. It looks like the sewer shaft would be in front of the carport? So why drain to the right according to the plan?
