The house is arranged at the NW corner so that the garden is southeast.

I have adjusted two floor plans again. Do you think one of these would be better? The architect would of course need to make it a bit nicer, but in principle?

Here is my layman's opinion: Crumple up all drawings and start from scratch with an experienced planner.

I can't tell you. We should first, if we have floor plans that we like, send those already. That has already been implemented once.
If the client hasn't accidentally - which would be rare - drawn in an approval obstacle, then "copying" is the best thing that can happen to the draftsman. The client will most likely love their own nonsense.
Crumple up all drawings and start from scratch with an experienced planner.
With an already found (and contracted) implementer, I see little demand from experienced planners who are interested in this emergency mission - except maybe for a lot of pain money.
