Not only the text part, but development plans as a whole are unfortunately greatly underestimated by most questioners here and only shown in homeopathically small excerpts, whereas they are actually more exciting than crime novels or courtesan diaries. Maybe you’ll just put an end to the anxious guessing in this case by saying (don’t forget: without link!) what the thing is called. Even if they are only half-meter lines, the drawings on the virtual 3D property are worryingly misleading.

The development plan will only be made public in the next few days. The city council approved it yesterday, hopefully.

Your child is 6 months old – lively and space requirements take on a whole new dimension by the age of three at the latest. I am just entering the second year of home office with kids and would love to build a soundproof hut in the garden, because you almost go crazy when two children are being normal kids in the background.

And I'm surprised – eleven pages of posts and so far no one has pointed out what a terribly dull building this is? It looks like a construction site container used in large projects. And not in the good "building with shipping containers" way. I am a big fan of minimalism and tiny houses. But the house view shown here is as uncharming as it could possibly be.

Personally, I also don’t find the house beautiful. The original poster writes something about Bauhaus. This is not Bauhaus. With Bauhaus, ALL details have to be right: proportions, materials, execution, floor plan – simply the entire concept.

Your example just shows a simple flat roof house. I think the house would look much more beautiful/cozier with a pitched roof...

That does not look like Bauhaus, but like a window exhibition. However, accommodating 5 different windows on one long side is certainly a high art.

If it was already in the final consultation, it should have been public a long time ago. I know from a reliable source that the first commentator took care of that when the thread was still wet behind the ears: That may apply to Bauhaus as an art school – but not to the store of the same name where you buy the Allibert (which is why, to avoid confusion, I speak of the "Hornbach style").
