Now there is the final development plan SCH718. With some effort searching, you can find it in the citizen information system of the city of Erfurt. The street elevations of the technical development planning were adopted into the development plan (relevant here 284.20 m). The contour lines show 0.5 m differences. Two contour lines run through the construction site (unfortunately I can’t get a higher resolution).

It was sufficient for me to decipher the two heights - however, their position relative to the current contour lines unfortunately suggests that they are rather unlikely to be finished heights. Therefore, they are not suitable for a well-founded speculation about the finished heights. Worst case, it can happen that the area is developed with surface conduits, but these heights are used as reference points for eaves and ridge heights.

Hello everyone, it has been quiet with us for a long time. Now the development work on our construction site is gradually beginning, and despite the turbulent situation (interest rates, construction prices, material prices, etc.), we would like to quickly commit to a construction company and obtain fixed-price offers based on the attached draft. I am looking forward to your feedback :)

I haven't read the backstory, sorry for that. So quickly: is there no basement? If not, where is the storage space? Cloakroom too small, washbasin/table in the upstairs bathroom far too small. Dressing room trapped = unfortunate when you have to pass by the sleeping person. Access to building services suboptimal, plus the room is very very narrow. Kitchen ergonomics can be improved, dining area in the draft, mailman looks onto the plate... I find many things here that can still be improved, I almost only like the cozy/separated living room. As I said, I haven't read the thread completely anymore, maybe some things are relativized, but certainly not everything.

Without having checked in detail whether all suggestions have been diligently "worked through," I do have the impression that improvements have been made. But it’s your house, and it’s best if you count again yourself whether you have completed all your homework ;-)
