Don’t start worrying too much now, but take an architect who has made a name for himself with townhouses. There are beautiful ideas that we don’t even consider possible because we don’t know the little tricks and ideas at all. For example, the upper floor can be arranged offset to the ground floor (Bauhaus look), creating a partially covered parking space, a roof terrace can be created for the missing garden, and so on... Or the basement becomes a semi-basement... If you think you want everything to be the same right away, you’re limiting yourself and the design, and potential possibilities are immediately excluded. There, a dining table is set up in an approx. 50 sqm small apartment: of course, things were moved back and forth beforehand. But it worked! It was also cozily furnished (good cooks have good taste...). It occurred to me that many people living provincially (most home builders do so on 600 sqm to 1000+ sqm plots) can’t imagine that you can also unfold individually and be happy in creative, more confined spaces. Munich residents are often used to making a virtue out of necessity...
