Yo somehow the standard argument that always comes up as a reason. By the way, I didn’t grow up like that either. Everything is small, OK, but if someone allows themselves more space everywhere (the bathroom used to be just a tiny little room, there was practically no dressing room, etc.), except for the kids... well, of course everyone has to decide for themselves.
Not that the kids don’t also grow up and accordingly need more space, also later no one wants to buy a house that has mini-rooms.
And why someone would want the best view only for 5 minutes a day (just to get dressed) and not allow the child to enjoy it for half the day or for that matter themselves in the bedroom... well, to each their own ;)
Ground floor with the narrow-shaped... OK, it doesn’t look nice, but it will work.
I’m with ypg - back to zero and from the beginning.
