You don’t have many options. Is it a semi-detached or end terrace house? Apparently with a basement? I would adjust the partition wall in the bedroom to match that of the bathroom – that would be roughly 130-150 cm, which is enough, and you gain some subjective living space. I find the wardrobe area somewhat too generous compared to the living situation. Do you need storage space for a stroller and such in the entrance? Otherwise, I would try to plan only a niche about one meter deep there as a closet and give the kitchen a bit more workspace by arranging the countertop at the top/right as an L-shape, of course moving the window further right. Leave two tall cabinets (the ones on the left side of the plan). So set the kitchen lengthwise in the outer corner. Sink on the right outer wall. This way you can also use the terrace door on the side, as I see a problem there now. Possibly you can gain a few centimeters for the dining area this way. Should that be a cooking island or are those tall cabinets in front of it??? Otherwise, you’re a bit sparse with information; there is a pinned post on how to proceed. For whom or how many persons is the house intended? I question the shower’s location in the entrance area. Regards, Yvonne
