Hello everyone,
I just wanted to update that I have decided on a wooden house from WH. It has more to do with my BG than with the expectations of the equipment or anything else. My heart still beats for a solid house, but unfortunately I can't afford it (price difference is more than 100 with the same equipment).
Let's see how this decision turns out.
I am still unsure about the following (E: included in the offer, NE not included)
1- NE- wood aluminum or plastic windows (price difference of ~10k). Based on what I have read so far in this forum, my choice is wood aluminum for the lift-and-slide door in the living room and the rest is plastic.
2.- E- aluminum or plastic shutters (price difference of 3k). Currently it is aluminum.
3. -E- venetian blinds or shutters. So far I have decided on venetian blinds on the south side (3.6 m lift-and-slide door and two 1.5 m floor-to-ceiling windows), but since we will definitely have curtains, I am not sure if it makes sense to opt for venetian blinds (price difference is about 3k). I can live with venetian blinds only for the three sitting windows.
4. NE- split screed over ground floor (3k) sound protection. I am not sure if I should try it.
Overall, the current WH offer is at 365k (14 x 7.20 building body, 3 bathrooms, 2 full floors, attic as storage space, without - sanitary equipment, flooring, tiles, interior painting, cellar stairs, cellar, base plaster). I expect 140k for the missing items.
As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Best regards
