I told you Weber-style... what do you want to hear now? Take the construction performance specifications and wrestle your knowledge out of them. No one here can take that away from you.

Don't forget, if someone does a lot of advertising, then you also pay for it with your house. If they then advertise with significantly lower prices, I would become skeptical, because the less money there is in your house...

I would like to understand this, if this could be the case with a difference of almost 60,000 between the offers. Is the price given by the prefabricated house provider reasonable and could there be hidden costs that wouldn't occur in a solid house?

From the comparison between the construction performance specifications, I could not find any significant difference apart from, of course, the building materials :)

Sorry, do you know what a construction service description is? Please read into the forum a bit. Somehow I have the feeling that you are starting in the middle and not at the beginning. For example, there apparently is a difference between plaster quality Q2 and Q3 between the two... There are experts who will analyze the construction service description for a few hundred regarding hidden costs and services if you don't have the time for it.

I definitely cannot claim to be an expert. But I have read the construction service descriptions and they seem more or less the same. Yes, I searched online for Q2 / Q3 and therefore the question prefabricated house seems to be better in more than one way. Is there something they could be hiding?

Even more important, is there a reason why solid construction might still make sense (apart from the feeling of course)
