Many thanks to everyone for the feedback! I have now created another floor plan draft.
The living room is now on the other side. The living room and kitchen are separated by a 2.75 m long wall, which has a kitchen unit on one side and an aquarium on the other.
Regarding the question whether it will be a flat-roof house: No, the house will have a tent roof with a 22° pitch.
The hallways did indeed consume a lot of space, which is why I positioned the stairs more centrally.
The garage within the thermal envelope should not pose an energy saving regulation problem. My brother has a very similar construction method and his heating costs are quite low.
I didn’t even notice that you can see through the front window to the living room corner where the sofa is. In my opinion, this can be elegantly solved with pleated blinds.
One bathroom is indeed large, but advantageous if friends or relatives are invited for a sauna evening.
There will be no basement. In the utility room there is a 70 cm deep cabinet to store all kinds of things. The heating system will be in the technical room, which can be accessed from the garage.
Personally, I find the exterior view and the ground floor of the first draft more attractive. However, I like the upper floor of the second draft much better. Which house would you prefer to move into if you had to decide?
