Place the garage on your eastern boundary, as your neighbor will probably place theirs directly next to it. The building authority will much more certainly say "njet" to you wanting to place your house outside the building boundary.

So according to your plan, your house is also completely wrong in relation to the contour line.

I don't understand, the blue box is located within the construction boundaries in the image.

Regarding the contour line: I was able to view excerpts from the road planning and the cul-de-sac runs horizontally at 91m elevation (with a 0.6% slope and a swale gutter towards the field). The plan also confirms that the property is currently 1m below the roads.

The east garage is apparently assigned to the property, but what did the city planner think when placing a duplex there? Then there would have been a problem with the garage.

The dark blue box (Dein Haus nach Deiner Absicht) lies 80% outside the light blue frame (kein Doppelhaus, sondern das "Baufenster" = die von Dir einzuhaltenden Baugrenzen), and if the completed planned street is one meter above your current terrain, then you have a lot to fill up. You may place the garage on the neighbor's boundary; no east is specified for it.

I am wondering right now whether you haven’t created your own drawing on graph paper in the meantime, where you can actually grasp meters and distances and sketch options for access, terrace, and rough room positions.
