Approach from the south to then build on the main street to the west? Of course, you can always make something out of everything. But one does wonder why the planners deliberately worsen the plots.

I personally would not build on the "Hauptstr" in the west, and I personally would not want an access road in the west either. I also don’t see any reason to discuss something the municipality has set up over years. There are also no parking spaces marked there, if you look closely. Only a tree in the middle, but according to the development plan the location is non-binding.

I cannot see that any changes were suggested against the dashed ("non-binding") roadside trees and parking areas during the public display. Therefore, I assume that the council approved the plan in February 2022.

That's not the point at all. It's simply about the marked parking spaces.
