Execution planning first agreed upon - then excluded?

Thank you for the clarification Voki1.

It would be interesting to see the "contract" in the original layout. Obviously, it was so confusing that the buyer did not know that he was signing an offer there and not a contract.

Construction Contract.
The last sentence on the last page under the signature field reads:
"This purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the contract by the contractor."
I am happy to upload the original contract,
but it is many pages long,,,

The last sentence is already clear, but I still find the construct impossible from the entrepreneur.

To me, that borders on swindling.

Oleda..... According to my lawyer, most general contractors do this.... But it is not the end of the world if the execution planning is still done - at a scale of 1:50. That is mainly what it is about for me.....

Yes, that may be. It still doesn't make it any better. Then you might as well call that piece of paper: "Proposal of a contract by an incompetent salesman that will be changed again by the boss." At least that would be honest.

What is your problem? It’s the same with the employment contract or other contracts. A contract is drawn up, sent to you for review and signature, and when it comes back signed, the entrepreneur still puts his three crosses on it. Only then is it legally valid.
The fact that the seller has signed it is simply without any effect.
