Hello... yesterday we went to the sampling appointment at the house building company and had the opportunity to discuss the topic of execution planning. First about the contract: It has been accepted (although with the linguistic pitfall of execution planning instead of work planning). Wording in the letter:
Annahme Bauwerkvertrag
Sehr geehrte Frau...Sehr geehrter Herr.....
The topic of execution planning was then explained in the conversation and we were shown current work plans of ongoing projects. These are at a scale of 1:75 and seem to be very detailed. We asked to receive a copy of these which we will then forward to experts to see if this is sufficient. According to the construction company, they have been working with this scale for 15 years (allegedly no construction supervising experts have ever had any complaints about it) and the 1:50 scale would only be for larger objects or public buildings. Now waiting for this copy and will keep you updated.....
