No. From €15K it has become €30K at KFW 40+. Anyone who now builds worse than KFW 40 (€26,000) has a screw loose - or definitely wants to build monolithically, which will probably be difficult or thick.
I don’t think that is entirely correct. The big jump is, as mentioned, at 55. There is now 15% instead of 5%, so 10% more. The increase to 40 and above still brings 5% each. Since the sum has increased from €100K to €120K, that’s just €1000 more. Since many have already said that the increase from KFW55 to KFW40 and above usually isn’t worth it, because the costs eat up the additional subsidies, then it is now quite certainly also not worth it.
Yes, you can also calculate absolutely and say that at 40+ there is now €30K, but the question remains whether that is worthwhile? I would argue the sweet spot is at KFW55, especially if the budget is rather tight.
