So the house is supposed to cost only 300k? So under 1700 €/sqm? Interesting!

Strictly speaking, no, because I have listed some "house costs" here under incidental costs for simplicity.

The actual incidental costs will settle in the range of 50-60k€.

Thus, the house will be about 340-350k€, roughly 1,900€ per sqm with own work in the area of floors and walls.

Don't know. It's getting more and more interesting. With a longer thread, the house becomes cheaper and the OP richer. Well, I'm out.

For these two claims, I would like to see some evidence. I haven't been around that long, but honestly...

The house hasn't become a euro cheaper here, and the income hasn't increased by a euro either; besides, this post wasn't helpful in the slightest... What's the point of something like that?

You mentioned something about a management position and rising incomes (why not immediately when becoming a manager?). And then came the cheap Polish house.

That is correct, but how exactly have I become "richer" for the calculation as was claimed? I did not provide any figures in this regard... Why is that? We have different levels of experience for the respective positions, and when you come into such a position at that age, you naturally start at the lowest level.

Regarding the Poland house, no single figure was mentioned either, since we have not yet received an offer here, so I also do not see where the house has become cheaper during the course of this conversation. It was merely a comment, since the statement came that the price we listed seems very cheap, and based on current knowledge, we actually see it more as a normal offer and hope for possibly even cheaper offers.

I actually hope for fair and also critical assessment here, but please with reasoning; a simple: you can do it or you can’t do it does us relatively little good here, the question is why?
