Can anyone estimate how realistic it is to have a small single-family house built for 450,000 if I can purchase a plot of land separately for 120,000? As an alternative to a semi-detached house. Or is that not enough at all? When you look at the offers, they say: We will build you a great house for 350,000. Is something like that realistic? I have heard estimates saying you should add at least another 50%.
Our bungalow 144 sqm + 12 sqm covered terrace, upscale standard (KFW 55, 13 kWp photovoltaic, ventilation system, geothermal heat pump, electric shutters, alarm system, small smart home, double-sided coated windows, ceiling height 3m, etc.) costs including outdoor facilities (25,000 €) and additional costs (which also include 25,000 € for the conversion of the plot) 463,000 €. But still at the old prices.
