Especially the combined heat and power plant and the facility itself suggest that it is a WEG (which, at first, does not necessarily have to be a disqualification). At least this causes costs that do not arise or arise differently with a "single house on its own plot". The "missing" own heating is of course also a point that is excluded from the purchase price and is then paid via usage fees / rent. Surely there will also be some kind of "yard rules". The whole facility would suffer if someone suddenly painted their house purple, which also rather speaks for WEG with community regulations.
Overall, I find the concept cool and the facility as well. I like it! But I don’t think it’s a bargain (also in terms of maintenance) and still the "wannabe castle residents" are the target group.
Thanks for the hints. We will have to think about it carefully. I will try to squeeze out more information and annoy the lady to the last.
Among our circle of acquaintances, opinions range from: "This has to be carefully considered. You only buy once and spend your life there" to "if you don’t like it, just sell it again."
