I would first try to place the bathroom next to the stairs and then try to get more out of the free space for the kids. However, it also depends on the planner whether he sees any structural problems. We don’t even know yet what kind of roof will be put on or whether you will buy the finished house from a developer or become your own builder.
Regarding the roof, I unfortunately cannot give you any information, as this is not explained in any of the documents available to me (not even in the building description of the property).
The builder of the semi-detached house is a local bank, which has the houses built by a regional construction company. We can at most submit wishes, which may then be implemented after review or not.
