Parquet costs from about €20 per sqm (country house planks from about €30 per sqm), parquet adhesive about €6-8 per sqm or alternatively impact sound insulation (e.g. roll cork 2mm) from €1.50 per sqm, wall finishing strips in white (foiled) from €1.5 per running meter, tiles from €10 per sqm, material for a complete guest WC without shower from T€1.5, interior doors white with frame from €150 each (or also higher quality as CPL white, flush closing with magnetic latch incl. frame for €280), stainless steel door handle set from €10.

In addition, labor costs or the effort for tearing out or "small parts" such as transition strips parquet/tiles, stainless steel rails for the bathroom, etc.

In the question of the OP, we must consider that it is only a cosmetic measure. A renovation is something completely different and cannot really be assessed from a distance.

nordanney, thank you very, very much! And indeed, I have chosen the wrong title! Our project is more of a renovation than a refurbishment!

Removing door frames, old tiles, and the wooden panels on the ceilings, I would of course do myself solely for cost reasons!

Those who do a lot themselves can also save a lot of money. For parquet, you can also choose the floating variant, which you can install yourself. Cost: 30-x euros per m². For 30€ there won’t be much, on average you probably pay around 60€ and then you definitely get quality parquet. Some floor dealers occasionally have bargains where you can save well. +Impact sound insulation (but it’s not really expensive) +Baseboards (you can spend money, but in my opinion not really expensive) 1m² plastering. You have to practice a bit if you do it yourself. Some do better with rough plaster because it is "easier." Price maybe 2€ per m². With primer and this and that maybe also 3, 4 or at most 5€. When painting, it depends on what kind of paint you use. Of course, I only mean the quality and not the color itself. However, here the m² costs at most 1€. All in all, plastering and painting = 5€/m² You can calculate more, but definitely not 70€ Door + door frame, 300€ is not too much but you get that for it. If you want quality 600+ If you don’t want to do much yourself and want the craftsman to be active, then I would roughly calculate 20 or to be safe 25€ per m² extra for everything. Then you have an approximate figure.
