But back to the topic. Without seeing the property, you can only make a guess. And we also don't know what standards you have. For example, such a bathroom can cost 10-30k€.

My brother bought and installed parquet 2 years ago, it cost 30€ per square meter. And that was already good parquet. I added 20€ for higher quality material, why do you find the price unrealistic? What do you mean by saying that the wood is almost not even felled for that price?

Caspar2020: what exactly are wall finishing strips? Baseboards? I happen to already have a price for those. They are around 15€ per 2.5 meters
